New kaizer chiefs signing could be sued by his former agent.

According to Citizen News, Pule Mmodi's former agent, Solomon Seobe has threatened to file a lawsuit against the new amakhosi signee for violating the terms of the contract when he signed for Kaizer Chiefs.

Seobe says that the former Golden arrows midfielder lied him about signing a contract with Kaizer Chiefs in June without having a legal representative.

He said"He lied to me when he said that he was alone, only for me to find out that he was with another agent called Parable Hlatshwayo, whom I don’t know."

According Seobe his contract with Pule Mmodi was due to expire on June 30th but he believes that Mmodi signed with kaizer chiefs in June without his knowledge as his then agent since the contract wasn't yet expired.

Parable Hlatshwayo, Pule Mmodi's current agent, refutes Seobe's alleges, saying, "We signed on the same day because you need to understand that his contract with Arrows was coming to an end on the 30th of June so we needed to wait for that. I think Pule is not obliged to send him (Seobe) the contract."
